About colours. Soft creams seems to be ideal for paintwork on the walls. Otherwise I also prefer wallpapers, pretty floral patterns in faded colours. Although I am going more and more for simplicity by teaming white or off-white with just one other colour - blue or rosy pink. Less is more.
My vintage-countrystyle has to be the ultimate in comfort, while also being full of charm and character. This weekend`s project is to combine inexpensive new fabrics with lacies picked up in second-hand shop.

Yhtenäistän kodin väriskaalaa. Pensseli on heilunut ahkeraan huonekaluissa. Tekstiileissä palaan uudelleen ja uudelleen vanhoihin, hyviksi koettuihin materiaaleihin, joihin yhdistelen vanhantavarankaupasta ostamiani pitsejä. Vähemmän on enemmän.
